Phil Napier-Moore leads Mott MacDonald’s technical advisory work for solar power in the Asia Pacific region. Supporting PV plant investors and lenders from the sector’s infancy in 2008, he has overseen the regional solar team’s technical inputs to more than 5000 MW of PV projects in Asia, including more than 200 plants now in operation. He has directed and managed projects for a range of multilateral agencies, national governments and a large number of private companies, working internationally on low-carbon power projects in 30 countries around the world, in particular within Asia and Europe. A Chartered Energy Engineer, he obtained his Masters of Engineering from Oxford University. |

He led due diligence processes for more than $500 million of photovoltaic projects on numerous transactions. Currently in Everstream he is responsible for EPC Contract management and projects technical assessment. |

In 2012 Yasushi joined SB Energy Corp. and was in charge of negotiations with landowners for mega solar projects in the business development dept. He became the general manager of the business planning dept. in 2014 and also became the general manager of business promotion dept. in 2015. Currently he is involved with not only solar projects but wind and biomass projects also. SB Energy Corp. has constructed totally 360MW solar plant, and 48MW wind farm including under construction projects. Since last year the company has launched an asset management services by taking advantage of their large portfolio in the renewable energy industry, and Yasushi leads the planning of this asset management service. |
